Chicago’s largest wealth summit is back. The 5th Annual Building Wealth Today for Tomorrow (BWTT) event, hosted by City Treasurer Melissa Conyears-Ervin, returns to the UIC Forum on Saturday, October 4, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. This all-day experience is free and open to the public.
Designed to bridge the wealth gap across generations and communities, BWTT has become a signature event in Chicago. The event attracts thousands of attendees each year who are eager to learn, connect, and take actionable steps toward financial security.
Since its inception, BWTT has welcomed a powerhouse lineup of speakers who embody success, resilience, and financial empowerment. Past keynote guests have included NBA legend and business mogul Earvin “Magic” Johnson, Shark Tank investor and FUBU founder Daymond John, award-winning actress and Chicago native Keke Palmer, and Mathew Knowles, the renowned music executive behind Destiny’s Child.
