Sierra Morgan was crowned Ms. Maryland Corporate America 2025 on Saturday, March 22, 2025 at the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor. Hosted by Maryland State President Dr. Alethia Tucker, the evening celebrated accomplished women making waves in their industries—and Sierra stood out as a shining example of leadership, service, and grace.
The event was emceed by ABC 7 News Anchor Michelle Fisher, who brought energy and elegance to the stage as the women competed for the coveted title.
In addition to earning the state crown, Sierra received several major honors, including the Pageant Rockstar, Social Media, and Interview Award—a testament to her dynamic communication skills and inspirational platform. Dr. Joanne Frederick was named first runner-up and also took home the Most Photogenic award.
Sierra’s journey to the crown is rooted in a career marked by impact. With leadership roles spanning multiple industries, she has consistently driven organizational success by prioritizing people. From transforming workplace culture to developing talent, her professional legacy is grounded in empathy, empowerment, and excellence.
Yet her accomplishments extend far beyond the boardroom. For the past 15 years, Sierra has also served as a dedicated caregiver—a role that has deepened her compassion, strengthened her resilience, and shaped her mission. Understanding the emotional and logistical challenges caregivers face, she has become a fierce advocate, educator, and mentor for those juggling caregiving with careers.
Her platform, centered on caregiver advocacy, focuses on raising awareness, providing resources, and championing the voices of those often overlooked. “I will use my voice, expertise, and passion to create real change, ensuring that caregivers get the recognition, resources, and support they deserve,” Sierra said. “Because when we support caregivers, we strengthen businesses, families, and communities.”
Sierra now advances to the Ms. Corporate America National Competition, set to take place June 19–21, 2025, at the Rosen Centre Hotel in Orlando, Florida. There, she will represent Maryland and her platform on a national stage.
